Shipping Fee for Malaysia
Shipping fee for Malaysia is free for all orders above RM200, otherwise it is based on the weight of the items and the receiving address which will be calculated during check out.

Shipping Fee for International Orders
Shipping fee for international orders are based on the weight of the items and the receiving address which will be calculated during check out.

Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries would be returned to the warehouse. Customers are required to pay shipping fees again before the items will be sent out again. If the items were sent out free of delivery charges, the shipping fees would be calculated based on the weight of the items and the receiving address. Please ensure that the addresses are correct during check out. Always check the given tracking number to confirm the delivery status before contacting our Customer Service Officers. If there are undelivered items, please send us an email at customerservice@migionline.com

Delivery Time

  1. 3-5 working days for West Malaysia.
  2. 5-12 working days for East Malaysia.
  3. 10-20 workings days for all international orders. Please contact our Customer Service Officers for an exact time.
  4. No deliveries will be made during weekends or public holidays of the respective city or country.

Return Policy

  1. Returns will only be entertained under the following circumstances:
  2. The product is defective. The received product is cut/torn/discoloured or damaged in any other way.
  3. The product is wrongly sent. Characteristics such as the design/size/colour of the received product is different from the ordered product.
  4. Customers have 10 days starting from the date of receiving the product to return the item to us. Any returns after the time limit will not be entertained.
  5. To return the product, customers are required to send an email to us. In the email, please include:
  6. The reason for return accompanied by at least one photo of the product showing the defect/difference. 
  7. The tracking number of the product.
  8. Refunds will be issued in 14 days from the date the product is returned to us. All refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
  9. Returned product must be unwashed and unused.
  10. We reserve the right to reject any returned product if we have reasonable suspicion that the product have been washed or used.
  11. Any rejected product will not be refunded and will be returned to the receiving address, and the customer will need to pay for shipping again.


Migi's products are authentic & they are all imported directly from the manufacturers of the brands. Products sold in Migi Pop Up Stores or Migi Online Store are of warehouse sale quality, that means they are from a collection from at least 2 - 5 seasons ago, a mixture of sample pieces, rejects, products with minor defects, over-run stocks and pieces made for factory outlets.
